Our weekly classes are usually structured as six or seven-week courses. Each week you learn material that builds on that of the previous week.
We usually start a new session about every eight weeks.
Our Winter 2018 session will be a 7-week session. It will last from January 8 to February 23.
You may try a first class for free in our Introduction to Dragon & Tiger Qigong course on Wednesday, January 10 or 17, or Friday, January 12 or 19.
Or you may try a first class for free in our Introduction to Wu Style Tai Chi course on Monday, January 8 or 15, or Tuesday, January 9 or 16.
You may join any more advanced course during the first week of the session, as long as you meet its prerequisite.
