We are currently offering our classes as live, interactive online courses only. We are not teaching in-person at our studio for the time being.

Our weekly classes are usually structured as seven-week courses. Each week you learn material that builds on that of the previous week.

We usually start a new session about every eight weeks.

Our Late Spring 2020 session will begin April 27, and run through June 12.

Our Introduction to Qigong course will run from Wednesday, April 29 to Friday, June 12.

You may join any more advanced course during the first week of the session, as long as you meet its prerequisite.
