Stress happens. We can make lifestyle changes to minimize stress, but it is more than likely that there will be some stressful events in our lives.
However, we can learn to deal with stress more effectively, and to minimize the toll it takes on us.
Dan Winter will discuss how regular practice of qigong or tai chi can help you to mitigate the effects of stress on your health and well-being, learn to relax more deeply, and become more resilient. He will teach some relaxation techniques, and demonstrate some of the tai chi and qigong that we teach at Toward Harmony.
