Wu Style Tai Chi Short Form 7-Week Course


In this class, students who have completed the introductory tai chi course will learn the remaining movements of the Wu Style Short Form, over four 7-week course sessions. You will also learn complementary qigong exercises and core tai chi principles.

Prerequisite: Completion of Introductory Tai Chi courses, or permission of the instructor.

Class Times:

Mondays     6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
Tuesdays     11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.   

Each class in a week covers the same material. Once you have paid the course fee, you may come to one or both classes in any week.

Dates: 7 weeks, March 5 to April 17.
