Dragon & Tiger qigong is a great place to start if you have not taken a class with us before.

It provides many wonderful benefits, in a form that is more accessible to beginners. At the same time, it is a deep and powerful practice that you can continue to explore for a lifetime.

It is also excellent preparation for learning tai chi and other forms of qigong. With the solid foundation you gain from Dragon and Tiger, you can go on to our other qigong and tai chi courses.

Dragon & Tiger is a set of seven invigorating-yet-calming, gentle flowing exercises.

You move your hands through your energy field just outside your body to clear and stimulate your acupuncture meridians.

The exercises help you to release stress and pain and develop flexibility.

They have been used in China for purposes ranging from developing more energy for meditation to treating cancer.

Introduction to Dragon & Tiger Qigong

We’ll teach you—in a fun and playful way—the physical movements of the 7 exercises of the Dragon & Tiger system. You’ll also learn key practices within each exercise for developing your chi, i.e. your life energy.

Try a Free Class

From Wednesday, March 7 through Wednesday, March 21, you may try your first class for free. If you like it and decide you want to register for the 7-week course, you may do so after your first class. 

If you would like to try a class for free, please register to do so here. We ask you to register so we can manage how many people will be in the class. If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please let us know. 

If you prefer not to register because you are unsure whether you will be able to attend, then on the day of the class you wish to attend you may check the home page of our website or call us at 413-586-8880 and select option 1. We will place an announcement to tell you whether there is space for you to attend.

$100. This fee is $20 less than our normal course fee for a seven-week course. This means that you receive one class for free.

In addition, if you take multiple courses during this session, then you may take a $20 discount off your base fee for each course.

We do not offer other discounts for your first course. But once you’ve completed a course and proven your interest, we’ll be happy to work with you to establish for you a fee you can afford going forward.

However, please note that enrollment is limited, and we will not save you a space until we receive your payment.
