To help you practice after this workshop, for several weeks you will receive periodic email tips on how and what to practice.
Prerequisite: To participate in this workshop, you must already know at a minimal level the basic movements of Dragon & Tiger qigong. To find out how you can learn them with an instructor or on your own, please click here.
Transition Movements and Energy Flow: A major goal in practicing a Dragon & Tiger set is to try to carry the energy you have stimulated during one exercise into the next.
Ideally this happens through the whole set so that by the end you are moving significantly more energy in your system than at the beginning.
To do this you must have a continuous energy flow from beginning to end, with no stopping and starting, either physically or energetically.
Doing the transition movements between exercises better is a key to flowing through the whole set.
In this workshop we'll teach how you begin and end a Dragon & Tiger qigong set, and how you flow from each of the seven movements to the next.
We'll also review aspects of the basics of the seven exercises of the system.
As Bill teaches this workshop, he simultaneously will teach a Level 1b refinements workshop. Bill will teach one group while the other practices.
